Flavors under the stars: the magic of a summer dinner in Savigno

A special evening, a star-studded sky, the scent of ragù in the air, and laughter mingling among the tables.

On Sunday, July 6th, our little corner of the Apennines transformed into a big embrace under the stars: an outdoor dinner in Savigno , including traditional Bolognese dishes, summer truffles, and wines from our hills.
An event we will carry in our hearts.

Laid tables, hanging lights, clinking glasses.
The guests sat next to each other at cheerful shared tables, as was the custom in the old days: complete strangers at the beginning of the evening, friends at the end.

The real stars? The authentic flavors of our land:

🍞 Crostini with artisanal sauces and our beloved royal white truffle sauce
🍝 Three types of lasagna from Trattoria Lina , each with its own soul:
– the classic green Bolognese
– Goccia d'oro with cheese and summer truffle
– and tasty lasagna with courgette flowers and pecorino di grotta

🍷 Local wines for tasting from Cantina Vallona and Ca' Beltrami , expertly paired with each course
✨ And finally, a sweet surprise with friggione, tigelle and live music .

Emotion, tradition, joy

Between one course and the next, smiles were never lacking.
Francesco Preci, the entertainer, brought laughter, toasts and dancing , transforming the dinner into a real party.
And when the music got more rhythmic, we couldn't resist: dancing under the stars until midnight.

"You made us feel at home, in a family of flavors and beauty."
These words from a participant warmed our hearts.
That's why we do all this.
