In 2023, the idea was born to expand the business of Trattoria Lina, a historic custodian of traditional cuisine, by combining the restaurant with the sale of artisanal specialties and typical local products, such as truffles and mushrooms.

From this vision, the Lina Sapori e Delizie brand was born, with the aim of bringing the authenticity and quality of the flavours of the past to everyone's table.

In 2024 the project took shape with the launch of the online shop , which allowed Trattoria Lina to reach a wider audience and make its excellence known well beyond the local borders.
