Salad of grapes, walnuts, cheese and balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle

Ingredients:

white and black grapes (seedless)

shelled walnuts

goat cheese or fresh Pecorino cheese

seasonal mixed greens (rocket or mixed salad)

balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie 

extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Wash and halve the grapes.
  2. Break up the walnuts and cheese.
  3. Arrange the salad on a plate, add grapes, walnuts, and cheese.
  4. Dress with oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Finish with the balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle.
