Ingredients:
white and black grapes (seedless)
shelled walnuts
goat cheese or fresh Pecorino cheese
seasonal mixed greens (rocket or mixed salad)
balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie
extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Wash and halve the grapes.
- Break up the walnuts and cheese.
- Arrange the salad on a plate, add grapes, walnuts, and cheese.
- Dress with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Finish with the balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle.
