Mini crostini with truffle butter and crushed hazelnuts

Ingredients (for 20 mini crostini)

  • 1 rustic baguette or homemade bread
  • 50g of truffle butter Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped toasted hazelnuts
  • Flaked sea salt to taste (optional)

Preparation

  1. Slice the bread thinly (about 1 cm) and toast lightly in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes, until crispy but not dry.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Lina Sapori e Delizie truffle butter on each slice while the bread is still warm to release the aroma.
  3. Finish with a pinch of chopped toasted hazelnuts.
  4. If you want a more elegant touch, add a flake of salt or a small fresh thyme leaf.
