Bruschette con salsa tartufata

Bruschetta with truffle sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of truffle sauce Lina Sapori e Delizie (white or black truffle sauce, as you prefer)
  • a few slices of toasted bread
  • a few anchovies
  • slices of datterino cherry tomatoes

Preparation:

  1. toast the bread
  2. spread the truffle sauce Lina Sapori e Delizie on the bread
  3. add either a small anchovy or slices of datterino cherry tomatoes on each slice
  4. place the bruschetta on a serving dish and serve warm: they are ready to be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a starter!

Tips:

  • if possible, instead of adding anchovies or cherry tomatoes, grate some fresh truffle into very thin slices over the warm bruschetta.

A simple dish to eat as an aperitif or as a starter for lunch or dinner that will satisfy even the most refined palates.
