Bruschetta with truffle sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 jar of truffle sauce Lina Sapori e Delizie (white or black truffle sauce, as you prefer)
- a few slices of toasted bread
- a few anchovies
- slices of datterino cherry tomatoes
Preparation:
- toast the bread
- spread the truffle sauce Lina Sapori e Delizie on the bread
- add either a small anchovy or slices of datterino cherry tomatoes on each slice
- place the bruschetta on a serving dish and serve warm: they are ready to be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a starter!
Tips:
- if possible, instead of adding anchovies or cherry tomatoes, grate some fresh truffle into very thin slices over the warm bruschetta.
A simple dish to eat as an aperitif or as a starter for lunch or dinner that will satisfy even the most refined palates.
