Boiled vegetables with truffle balsamic vinegar pearls

Ingredients:

  • boiled seasonal vegetables
  • a small jar of balsamic vinegar pearls of Modena PGI with white truffle from Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste (optional)

Preparation:

  1. boil your preferred seasonal vegetables separately
  2. once cooked, drain them and place them in different bowls, then season with salt and oil
  3. add the balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle
  4. serve: your vegetables are ready to be enjoyed!

Tips:
