Boiled vegetables with truffle balsamic vinegar pearls

Ingredients:
- boiled seasonal vegetables
- a small jar of balsamic vinegar pearls of Modena PGI with white truffle from Lina Sapori e Delizie
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation:
- boil your preferred seasonal vegetables separately
- once cooked, drain them and place them in different bowls, then season with salt and oil
- add the balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle
- serve: your vegetables are ready to be enjoyed!
Tips:
