Tuna and Egg Salad with Salsa Verde

Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 1 crunchy lettuce (or mixed greens)
- 1 can of quality tuna (in oil or natural, drained)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- fresh cherry tomatoes (8-10, cut in half)
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- black or green olives to taste
- toasted bread croutons (optional, for a crunchy touch)
- 2 tablespoons of Lina's green sauce Lina sapori e delizie
- extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- cook the eggs for about 9-10 minutes in boiling water, then cool them under running water, peel them and cut them into wedges
- wash and dry the lettuce, then place it in a large bowl
- add the ingredients: combine the drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, capers and olives
- mix Lina's green sauce with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of pepper
- pour the sauce over the salad and mix gently to distribute the flavor evenly
- add the hard-boiled eggs and, if you like, some bread croutons for a crunchy touch.
