Our story also began like this: in a small tavern in Savigno, where in 1956 our grandmother began to cook following the ancient Bolognese recipes, with love and dedication. Since then, our work has remained faithful to the same principles: respect for tradition, uncompromising quality, authentic passion.

When we prepare a sauce, a fresh pasta or a dessert, we are not just cooking: we are preserving a memory, passing on a knowledge. Every jar, every tray of tortellini, every biscuit contains the scent of our land, the rhythm of the seasons, the infinite care for things done well.
