Our story begins in 1956, in Samoggia di Savigno, when Lina Savini, with great entrepreneurial spirit, took over the management of an inn and grocery store.
In an era when women were rarely in charge, Lina stood out for her courage and vision.
The tavern became a meeting place for the men of the village, while the shop welcomed local women for their daily shopping, often jotting down their purchases in a notebook as a way of looking forward to better times.
Lina creates a community space, where cooking and conviviality intertwine with a deep connection to the local area.

Evolution: The Birth of Trattoria Lina
In the 1970s, from that simple but soulful business, Trattoria Lina was born, led by Lina's daughter, Graziana.
The trattoria maintains its original values intact, while enriching itself with new dishes and options, always faithful to Emilian tradition.
For many years, Graziana ran both the shop and the trattoria, before focusing on the latter, transforming it into a reference point for those seeking authentic flavors and quality cuisine.

The birth of the Lina Sapori e Delizie brand
In 2023, a new project takes shape: to bring the essence of our cuisine outside the restaurant, to introduce our typical products to those who love artisanal quality, wherever they are.
This is how Lina Sapori e Delizie was born, a brand that combines tradition and innovation, with an offering of artisanal products , truffles , mushrooms and other local specialties.
In 2024, the project will materialize with the opening of an online shop, allowing us to bring the authentic flavors of our land directly to the homes of those who love quality Italian cuisine.
