Lina Sapori e Delizie was born in the heart of the Bolognese Apennines, in Savigno. In 1956, Lina Savini took over a simple village osteria.

Her means were modest, but her determination was boundless. She rolled up her sleeves and transformed that small tavern into a home for authentic cuisine—built on respect for raw ingredients, time, and care. Her cooking wasn't meant to impress; it was meant to last.

Today, that very same philosophy guides everything we do.

A tradition that lives on

We haven’t invented anything. We simply chose to be its guardians.

Today, we bring that tradition beyond the walls of the trattoria, through a curated selection of artisanal products that tell the story of our land and our craft.
