Crostini with burrata cream and black truffle sauce

Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 8 slices of rustic bread (or baguette)
- 200 g fresh burrata
- 2-3 tablespoons of black truffle sauce Lina sapori e delizie
- a drizzle of white truffle extra virgin olive oil Lina sapori e delizie
- black pepper to taste (optional)
- a few fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Preparation:
- grill or toast the bread slices until crispy
- meanwhile, in a bowl, mash the burrata with a fork until you get a soft cream
- spread the burrata cream on the toasted bread slices. Add a teaspoon of truffle sauce on each crostino
- season with a drizzle of white truffle extra virgin olive oil, a grind of black pepper and, if you like, a few fresh thyme leaves for an aromatic touch.
Tips:
- these crostini are perfect to serve as finger food for an aperitif
- pair them with a glass of Prosecco or Franciacorta.
