Orange & Truffle Mocktail (non-alcoholic aperitif with orange juice and truffle)
Share
Ingredients (for 2 glasses)
- 200 ml fresh orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
- 100 ml cold tonic water (or soda, for a lighter touch)
- 1 teaspoon of artisan honey Lina sapori e Delizie (optional, if the orange is very acidic)
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar of Modena pearls with white truffle Lina sapori e Delizie (or a few drops of white truffle sauce Lina sapori e Delizie diluted in cold water)
- ice cubes
- organic orange peel for decoration
- sprigs of fresh rosemary
Preparation
- Fill the glasses with 2-3 ice cubes.
- Pour in the cold orange juice.
- Add the tonic water for a sparkling note.
- Sweeten with a drizzle of honey if necessary.
- Finish with 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle: they will slowly sink, creating a scenic effect and releasing aroma.
- Decorate with a sprig of rosemary and an orange peel spiral.
Why it works
- Orange provides freshness and vitamins.
- Truffle balsamic vinegar pearls transform a simple drink into a gourmet aperitif.
- It's visually appealing: the contrast between the golden juice and the dark pearls immediately catches the eye.
👉 More "soft chic" variation: use white soda or ginger ale instead of tonic.
