Risotto al tartufo (ricetta per 4 persone)

Risotto with truffle (recipe for 4 people)

Ingredients:

  • 280 g of truffle rice Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 20 g + 10 g of truffle butter Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • half a glass of white wine
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • 100 g stracchino cheese
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. place a pan on the heat and slowly melt 20 g of truffle butter
  2. toast the rice and deglaze with white wine
  3. start cooking by adding the broth little by little and continue for 10/12 minutes
  4. add a little salt if necessary
  5. add the cream at room temperature
  6. let the cream dry over low heat and add the stracchino, stirring until it melts
  7. if necessary, add a little more cream and broth
  8. once cooked (15/18 minutes), stir in a knob of truffle butter and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese off the heat
  9. put the risotto on a serving dish and serve hot: your risotto is ready to be enjoyed!

Tips:

  • for an even richer flavored risotto, replace the stracchino with royal sauce Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • if possible, grate some fresh truffle into very thin slices over the hot risotto.

A simple dish to eat for lunch or dinner that will delight even the most refined palates.
