Tradizione italiana in viaggio

Italian tradition on the go

Utrecht, 22–26 May 2025

Suitcases full of flavors, expert hands and a heart full of emotion: this is how our journey to Utrecht began. We brought with us a little piece of authentic Italy, the one that is born in the hills, grows in home kitchens and tells its story through artisanal products prepared with love.

A bench, a story

During the fair we set up our stall as if it were a small table set with food: tagliatelle and rice with truffle (very popular), truffle sauces (the black truffle sauce was especially popular because it has garlic among the ingredients and has a stronger and more decisive flavour), acacia honey with truffle (sold out), truffle oil (the one with dried truffle flakes was very popular: there were only 3 bottles left), royal sauce (sold out), Modena balsamic vinegar pearls with white truffle (sold out), Bolognese ragù (sold out), friggione . Each jar, each package was an invitation to taste not only a flavour, but also a story of family, of the territory, of seasons lived to the full.

Meeting with the public

It was exciting to meet curious, attentive people, enthusiastic about discovering our proposal. Several people had already visited Italy and some spoke Italian, others dreamed of its colors and scents. And for everyone it was nice to be able to stop and chat, discover a recipe, enjoy a taste, listen to an anecdote.

Not just selling, but sharing

This experience was not just a commercial moment, but above all an opportunity for cultural and gastronomic sharing . We rediscovered how much Italian tradition can speak to the world, and how food is a universal language made of simplicity and authenticity. It warms our hearts and makes us proud to discover that our flavors, even far from home, go straight to the heart. A young couple, after purchasing truffle rice, truffle butter and royal sauce, came back the next day with eyes full of enthusiasm: the risotto prepared with our recipe had been a success. Seeing them curious, eager to discover new flavors (which they purchased) and bring a bit of our tradition to the table, is what makes us truly proud of our work.

Thank you

Thanks to those who stopped by, to those who took away a product and a piece of our history, and to those who supported us even from afar.
Our tradition is on the move, but it always smells like home.
