Scallops with truffle sauce

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of beef
  • 50 g + 10 g of truffle butter Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • q.s. of truffle sauce Lina Sapori e Delizie (white or black truffle sauce, as you prefer)
  • q.s. flour
  • q.s. salt
  • q.s. pepper (optional)

Preparation:

  1. dredge the beef slices in flour, I recommend pressing lightly to ensure the flour adheres well to the entire surface of the meat
  2. melt 50 g of truffle butter in a pan over low heat
  3. add the beef slices and let them brown on both sides
  4. in another pan, combine the remaining 10 g of truffle butter with the truffle sauce over low heat
  5. add the prepared sauce to the cutlets
  6. let cook and, if necessary, season with salt and pepper
  7. once cooked, arrange the still-warm cutlets on a serving dish and serve hot: your cutlets are ready to be enjoyed!

Tips:

  • for even richer-flavored cutlets, if possible, grate a little fresh truffle into very thin slices.

A simple dish to enjoy for lunch or dinner that will surely satisfy even the most refined palates.
