Our truffle hunter goes back into the woods with the dogs, familiar paths are found again, the ground is observed, and then comes the waiting. Because truffle hunting is made of this too: attention, patience and a good dose of unpredictability.
A truffle never follows a script. Some days are generous, others quieter, but every outing tells something about the woods, the dog, the truffle hunter and the land.
