  • Add 200 g cream cheese, the truffle butter (or truffle sauce), a pinch of salt and a grind of pepper.
  • Blend for 40 seconds at Speed 5 until the mixture is smooth and fragrant.
  • Spread the obtained pâté on warm croutons or toasted bread slices.
