Preparation
- Place 300 g pitted green olives in the bowl and chop for 30 seconds at Speed 5-7.
- Add 200 g cream cheese, the truffle butter (or truffle sauce), a pinch of salt and a grind of pepper.
- Blend for 40 seconds at Speed 5 until the mixture is smooth and fragrant.
- Spread the obtained pâté on warm croutons or toasted bread slices.
- Your refined appetizer is ready to be served!
