Spinach Salad with Truffle Balsamic Vinegar Pearls

Ingredients (for 6 people)

1 bag of spinach

1 avocado

50 g Greek feta cheese

1 handful of walnuts

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Pearls with White Truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie

White Truffle Oil with Dried Truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie

Preparation

  1. Wash and drain the spinach well
  2. Slice the avocado and dice the feta
  3. Arrange the spinach on a large plate and add the avocado, feta, and chopped walnuts
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Add 3 tablespoons of truffle-flavored extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Pearls with truffle, and a few basil leaves.
