Ingredients (for 3 people)
6 eggs
6 tablespoons of Royal sauce (cheese cream with white and bianchetto truffle) Lina Sapori e Delizie
30g truffle butter Lina Sapori e Delizie
Preparation
- heat a pan, melting the truffle butter over low heat
- break the eggs into the pan and add the cheese cream with white and bianchetto truffle (1 tablespoon per egg)
- stir with a spatula until you get small pieces
- serve on a plate or in glasses.
