Scrambled eggs and cream cheese with white truffle and bianchetto

Ingredients (for 3 people)

6 eggs

6 tablespoons of Royal sauce (cheese cream with white and bianchetto truffle) Lina Sapori e Delizie

30g truffle butter Lina Sapori e Delizie 

Preparation

  1. heat a pan, melting the truffle butter over low heat
  2. break the eggs into the pan and add the cheese cream with white and bianchetto truffle (1 tablespoon per egg)
  3. stir with a spatula until you get small pieces
  4. serve on a plate or in glasses.
