Ingredients (for 12 spoons)
- 6 teaspoons of Lina's artisanal red sauce Lina Sapori e Delizie
- 150g of fresh ricotta (preferably cow's milk and creamy)
- 1 teaspoon of truffle oil Lina sapori e delizie
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Thyme sprigs or fresh oregano for garnish (optional)
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk or use an immersion blender to process the ricotta until light and airy.
- add a pinch of salt, a grind of pepper, and a drizzle of truffle oil Lina Sapori e Delizie to make it smooth and fragrant
- spoon a teaspoon of Lina's artisanal red sauce Lina Sapori e Delizie into the bottom of each tasting spoon
- top with a small amount of whipped ricotta
- garnish with a thyme sprig or a drop of truffle oil.
