Salmon Tartare with White Truffle Oil with Dried Truffle
Ingredients
3 slices of fresh salmon
2 slices of smoked salmon
Pearls of Modena PGI balsamic vinegar with white truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie
1 lawyer
1 shallot
extra virgin olive oil with white truffle with Dried Truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie
a few sprigs of dill
juice of half a lemon
Preparation
- Cut the fresh salmon and smoked salmon into cubes
- clean and finely chop the shallot
- mix the shallot with the salmon
- cut the avocado in half and pit it
- Sprinkle the avocado slices with lemon juice
- Place a pastry cutter on the plate and place the avocado slices inside
- cover with shallot and salmon
- press the tartare with the back of the spoon
- repeat the same operation for each dish
- Store the salmon tartare in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
