Salmon Tartare with White Truffle Oil with Dried Truffle

Ingredients

3 slices of fresh salmon

2 slices of smoked salmon

Modena PGI balsamic vinegar pearls with white truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie

1 lawyer

1 shallot

Extra virgin olive oil with white truffle and dried truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie

a few sprigs of dill

juice of half a lemon

Preparation

  1. cut the fresh salmon and smoked salmon into cubes
  2. clean and finely chop the shallot
  3. mix the shallot with the salmon
  4. cut the avocado in half and pit it
  5. Sprinkle the avocado slices with lemon juice
  6. Place a pastry cutter on the plate and place the avocado slices inside
  7. cover with the shallot and salmon
  8. press the tartare with the back of the spoon
  9. repeat the same operation for each dish
  10. Keep the salmon tartare in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat it
  11. unmold when ready to serve
  12. Serve cold and garnish with dill sprigs.
  13. season with our truffle oil and Modena PGI balsamic vinegar pearls with white truffle.
