Scallops with truffle sauce

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of beef
  • 50 g + 10 g of truffle butter Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • qb of truffle sauce Lina Sapori e Delizie (white or black truffle sauce, as you prefer)
  • qb flour
  • salt to taste
  • qb pepper (optional)

Preparation:

  1. pass the slices of meat in the flour, I recommend you apply a little pressure to make the flour adhere well to the entire surface of the meat
  2. Melt the 50 g of butter in a pan over low heat
  3. add the slices of meat and let them brown on both sides
  4. in another pan, mix the remaining 10 g of butter with the truffle sauce over low heat
  5. add the resulting sauce to the scallops
  6. let it cook and, if necessary, season with salt and pepper
  7. once cooked, arrange the scallops while still hot on a serving dish and serve them hot: your scallops are ready to be enjoyed!

Advice:

  • for even more flavourful scallops, If you can, grate some very thinly sliced fresh truffle over it .

A simple dish to eat for lunch or dinner that will surely satisfy even the most refined palates.
