Orange & Truffle Mocktail (non-alcoholic aperitif with orange juice and truffle)

Ingredients (for 2 glasses)
- 200 ml fresh orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
- 100 ml cold tonic water (or soda, for lighter drinks)
- 1 teaspoon of Lina sapori e Delizie artisanal honey (optional, if the orange is very acidic)
- 1 teaspoon of Modena balsamic vinegar pearls with white truffle Lina sapori e Delizie (or a few drops of Lina sapori e Delizie white truffle sauce diluted in cold water)
- ice cubes
- organic orange zest for decoration
- sprigs of fresh rosemary
Preparation
-
Fill the glasses with 2-3 ice cubes.
-
Pour the cold orange juice.
-
Add tonic water for a fizzy note.
-
Sweeten with a drizzle of honey if needed.
-
Finish with 1 teaspoon of truffle-infused balsamic vinegar pearls: they will slowly drip down, creating a dramatic effect and releasing their aroma.
-
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a spiral of orange zest.
Why it works
- Orange gives freshness and vitamins.
- Truffle vinegar pearls transform a simple drink into a gourmet aperitif .
- It's spectacular: the contrast between the golden juice and the dark pearls immediately catches the eye.
👉 Softer chic variant: use white foam or ginger ale instead of tonic .
