Orange & Truffle Mocktail (non-alcoholic aperitif with orange juice and truffle)

A hand squeezes half an orange over a tall, clear glass already almost full of orange juice. A slice of orange is inserted into the rim of the glass. Scattered on the table where the glass is also placed are orange slices and the other half of the orange. Also scattered on the table are a few sprigs of orange leaves.

Ingredients (for 2 glasses)

- 200 ml fresh orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)

- 100 ml cold tonic water (or soda, for lighter drinks)

- 1 teaspoon of Lina sapori e Delizie artisanal honey (optional, if the orange is very acidic)

- 1 teaspoon of Modena balsamic vinegar pearls with white truffle Lina sapori e Delizie (or a few drops of Lina sapori e Delizie white truffle sauce diluted in cold water)

- ice cubes

- organic orange zest for decoration

- sprigs of fresh rosemary

Preparation

  1. Fill the glasses with 2-3 ice cubes.

  2. Pour the cold orange juice.

  3. Add tonic water for a fizzy note.

  4. Sweeten with a drizzle of honey if needed.

  5. Finish with 1 teaspoon of truffle-infused balsamic vinegar pearls: they will slowly drip down, creating a dramatic effect and releasing their aroma.

  6. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a spiral of orange zest.

Why it works

- Orange gives freshness and vitamins.

- Truffle vinegar pearls transform a simple drink into a gourmet aperitif .

- It's spectacular: the contrast between the golden juice and the dark pearls immediately catches the eye.

👉 Softer chic variant: use white foam or ginger ale instead of tonic .
