Crostini with burrata cream and black truffle sauce

Ingredients (for 4 people):

Preparation:

  1. grill or toast the bread slices until crispy
  2. in the meantime, in a bowl, work the burrata with a fork until you get a soft cream
  3. spread the burrata cream on the toasted bread slices. Add a teaspoon of truffle sauce to each crostino
  4. season with a drizzle of white truffle extra virgin olive oil, a grind of black pepper and, if you like, a few fresh thyme leaves for an aromatic touch.

Tips:

  • these crostini are perfect to serve as finger food for an aperitif
  • pair them with a glass of Prosecco or Franciacorta.
