Crostini with burrata cream and black truffle sauce
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 8 slices of rustic bread (or baguette)
- 200 g of fresh burrata
- 2-3 tablespoons of black truffle sauce Lina sapori e delizie
- a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil with white truffle Lina flavours and delights
- black pepper to taste (optional)
- a few fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Preparation:
- Grill or toast the bread slices until crispy
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, work the burrata with a fork until you obtain a soft cream
- Spread the burrata cream on the toasted bread slices. Add a teaspoon of truffle sauce on each crostini
- season with a drizzle of white truffle extra virgin olive oil, a sprinkling of black pepper and, if you like, a few fresh thyme leaves for an aromatic touch.
Advice:
- These croutons are perfect to serve as finger food for an aperitif
- accompany them with a glass of Prosecco or Franciacorta.
