Crostini with burrata cream and black truffle sauce

Ingredients (for 4 people):

Preparation:

  1. Grill or toast the bread slices until crispy
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, work the burrata with a fork until you obtain a soft cream
  3. Spread the burrata cream on the toasted bread slices. Add a teaspoon of truffle sauce on each crostini
  4. season with a drizzle of white truffle extra virgin olive oil, a sprinkling of black pepper and, if you like, a few fresh thyme leaves for an aromatic touch.

Advice:

  • These croutons are perfect to serve as finger food for an aperitif
  • accompany them with a glass of Prosecco or Franciacorta.
