Boiled vegetables with truffle balsamic vinegar pearls
Ingredients:
- boiled seasonal vegetables
- a small jar of Modena PGI balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle from Lina Sapori e Delizie
- qb EVO oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation:
- boil your favorite seasonal vegetables separately
- Once cooked, after draining them, place them in different bowls and season them with salt and oil
- add the balsamic vinegar pearls to the truffle
- Bring them to the table : your vegetables are ready to be enjoyed!
Advice:
- It's summer, a season rich in vegetables. Have fun and experiment with vegetables you don't usually use .
