Boiled vegetables with truffle balsamic vinegar pearls
Ingredients:
- boiled seasonal vegetables
- a small jar of Modena PGI balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie
- qb EVO oil
- salt to taste
- qb pepper (optional)
Preparation:
- Boil your favorite seasonal vegetables separately
- Once cooked, after draining them, place them in different bowls and season them with salt and oil
- add the balsamic vinegar pearls to the truffle
- bring them to the table : your vegetables are ready to be enjoyed!
Advice:
- It's summer, a season full of vegetables, have fun and experiment with the use of vegetables that you don't usually use .
A simple dish to eat for lunch or dinner or to break the hunger with a really healthy dish and very few calories. I am sure that it will satisfy not only the most refined palates, but also those who, although attentive to a healthy and low-calorie diet, want tasty and not monotonous dishes.
