Boiled vegetables with truffle balsamic vinegar pearls

Ingredients:

  • boiled seasonal vegetables
  • a small jar of Modena PGI balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • qb EVO oil
  • salt to taste
  • qb pepper (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Boil your favorite seasonal vegetables separately
  2. Once cooked, after draining them, place them in different bowls and season them with salt and oil
  3. add the balsamic vinegar pearls to the truffle
  4. bring them to the table : your vegetables are ready to be enjoyed!

Advice:

  • It's summer, a season full of vegetables, have fun and experiment with the use of vegetables that you don't usually use .
