Tasting spoons with red sauce and whipped ricotta

Ingredients (for 12 teaspoons)

  • 6 teaspoons of Lina Sapori e Delizie artisanal red sauce
  • 150 g of fresh ricotta cheese (preferably cow's milk and creamy)
  • 1 teaspoon of truffle oil by Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fresh thyme or oregano leaves for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk the ricotta with a whisk or immersion blender until you obtain a soft and frothy consistency.
  2. Add a pinch of salt, a grind of pepper, and a drizzle of Lina Sapori e Delizie truffle oil to make it velvety and fragrant.
  3. Spread a teaspoon of Lina Sapori e Delizie's homemade red sauce on the bottom of each tasting spoon.
  4. add a small amount of whipped ricotta on top
  5. Garnish with a sprig of thyme or a drop of truffle oil.
