Tasting spoons with red sauce and whipped ricotta

Ingredients (for 12 teaspoons)
- 6 teaspoons of Lina Sapori e Delizie artisanal red sauce
- 150 g of fresh ricotta cheese (preferably cow's milk and creamy)
- 1 teaspoon of truffle oil by Lina Sapori e Delizie
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Fresh thyme or oregano leaves for garnish (optional)
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk the ricotta with a whisk or immersion blender until you obtain a soft and frothy consistency.
- Add a pinch of salt, a grind of pepper, and a drizzle of Lina Sapori e Delizie truffle oil to make it velvety and fragrant.
- Spread a teaspoon of Lina Sapori e Delizie's homemade red sauce on the bottom of each tasting spoon.
- add a small amount of whipped ricotta on top
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme or a drop of truffle oil.
