Spinach Salad with Truffle Balsamic Vinegar Pearls

Ingredients (for 6 people)

1 bag of spinach

1 avocado

50g Greek feta cheese

1 handful of walnuts

pearls of Modena PGI balsamic vinegar with truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie

White Truffle Oil with Dried Truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie

Preparation

  1. Wash and drain the spinach well
  2. cut the avocado into slices and the feta into small pieces
  3. Arrange the spinach on a large plate and add the avocado, feta and chopped walnuts
  4. salt and pepper
  5. add 3 tablespoons of truffle-flavored extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of Modena PGI balsamic vinegar pearls with truffle and a few basil leaves.
