An experience dedicated to handmade pasta, to learn one of the most representative gestures of Bolognese cuisine.

We will start by preparing the dough, then roll out the pasta by hand and cut the tagliatelle together.

Then we will cook them and bring them to the table, seasoned with truffles or with our traditional Bolognese ragù.

No experience is necessary: we start from scratch and work together, calmly, following the gestures of home cooking.
