Cheese and honey truffle delights
Ingredients
- semi-mature pecorino cheese and other types of semi-mature cheeses
- Acacia honey with truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie
Preparation
- cut the various types of cheese into many small wedges
- Arrange them on a serving dish in a concentric manner, leaving the central part free
- Pour a few spoonfuls of honey in the center of the plate and the appetizer is ready to serve.
