Scrambled eggs and cream cheese with white truffle and bianchetto

Ingredients (for 3 people)

6 eggs

6 tablespoons of Lina royal sauce flavors and delights

30g truffle butter Lina Sapori e Delizie 

Preparation

  1. Heat a pan and melt the truffle butter over low heat
  2. Break the eggs into the pan and add the cream cheese with white truffle and bianchetto (1 tablespoon per egg)
  3. mix with a spatula until you get small pieces
  4. serve on a plate or in glasses.
