Scrambled eggs and cream cheese with white truffle and bianchetto
Ingredients (for 3 people)
6 eggs
6 tablespoons of Lina royal sauce flavors and delights
30g truffle butter Lina Sapori e Delizie
Preparation
- Heat a pan and melt the truffle butter over low heat
- Break the eggs into the pan and add the cream cheese with white truffle and bianchetto (1 tablespoon per egg)
- mix with a spatula until you get small pieces
- serve on a plate or in glasses.
