Risotto with truffle (recipe for 4 people)
Ingredients:
- 280 g of rice with truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie
- 1 litre of vegetable broth
- 20 g + 10 g of truffle butter Lina Sapori e Delizie
- half a glass of white wine
- 100 ml of fresh cream
- 100 g of stracchino cheese
- a pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Place a pan on the heat and slowly melt 20 g of truffle butter
- Toast the rice and blend it with the white wine
- start cooking by adding the broth little by little and continue for 10/12 minutes
- add a little salt if needed
- add the cream at room temperature
- let the cream dry on a low heat and add the stracchino, stirring until it melts
- if necessary, add a little more cream and broth
- Once cooked (15/18 minutes), stir off the heat with a knob of truffle butter and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese
- Place the risotto on a serving dish and serve hot: your risotto is ready to be enjoyed!
Advice:
- for an even more flavourful risotto, replace the stracchino with Lina Sapori e Delizie royal sauce
- If you can, grate some fresh truffle into very thin slices over the hot risotto .
A simple dish to eat for lunch or dinner that will delight even the most refined palates.
