Risotto with truffle (recipe for 4 people)

Ingredients:

  • 280 g of rice with truffle Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • 1 litre of vegetable broth
  • 20 g + 10 g of truffle butter Lina Sapori e Delizie
  • half a glass of white wine
  • 100 ml of fresh cream
  • 100 g of stracchino cheese
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Place a pan on the heat and slowly melt 20 g of truffle butter
  2. Toast the rice and blend it with the white wine
  3. start cooking by adding the broth little by little and continue for 10/12 minutes
  4. add a little salt if needed
  5. add the cream at room temperature
  6. let the cream dry on a low heat and add the stracchino, stirring until it melts
  7. if necessary, add a little more cream and broth
  8. Once cooked (15/18 minutes), stir off the heat with a knob of truffle butter and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese
  9. Place the risotto on a serving dish and serve hot: your risotto is ready to be enjoyed!

Advice:

  • for an even more flavourful risotto, replace the stracchino with Lina Sapori e Delizie royal sauce
  • If you can, grate some fresh truffle into very thin slices over the hot risotto .

A simple dish to eat for lunch or dinner that will delight even the most refined palates.
