Bruschetta with truffle sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 jar of Lina Sapori e Delizie truffle sauce (white or black truffle sauce, as you prefer)
- a few slices of toasted bread
- some anchovies
- slices of datterino tomatoes
Preparation:
- toast the bread
- Spread the Lina Sapori e Delizie truffle sauce on the bread
- add either an anchovy or some slices of cherry tomatoes to each slice
- Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and serve hot: they're ready to be enjoyed as an aperitif or starter!
Advice:
- If you can, instead of adding anchovies or cherry tomatoes, grate a little fresh truffle into very thin slices over the hot bruschetta .
A simple dish to eat as an aperitif or as a starter for lunch or dinner, which will satisfy even the most refined palates.
