The base of our passatelli is a rich and tasty dough, where Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, aged for at least 24 months, blends with breadcrumbs, obtained from stale bread, and fresh eggs from free-range hens. A combination of flavors that evokes childhood memories and the scents of home.
