Our Sfrappole Bolognesi are the sweet symbol of Carnival, prepared faithfully following the recipe handed down by our great-great-grandmother. An artisanal product, made entirely by hand in every step, with simple and genuine ingredients: flour, eggs, sugar and orange juice .

The dough is rolled out into a very thin sheet, cut into strips of various shapes and fried in boiling oil until it becomes light and crispy. After a short drying on absorbent paper, the sfrappole are dusted with powdered sugar , for a sweet and irresistible touch.
