Ingredients
- 300 g of pitted green olives
- 200 g of cream cheese such as Philadelphia
- 50 g of Lina Sapori e Delizie truffle butter (or 2 tablespoons of Lina Sapori e Delizie white truffle sauce )
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
- Place 300 g of pitted green olives in the jug and chop for 30 seconds at speed 5-7.
- add 200g of cream cheese, the truffle butter (or the truffle sauce ), a pinch of salt and a grind of pepper
- mix for 40 seconds at speed 5 until the mixture is smooth and fragrant
- spread the resulting paté on warm bread croutons or slices of toasted sandwich bread
