Tagliatelle with White Truffle and Royal Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Tagliatelle with white truffle Lina sapori e Delizie
- 1 jar of Royal Truffle Sauce Lina sapori e Delizie
- 10 g of Lina Truffle Butter Flavours and Delights
- Grated Parmigiano Reggiano to taste
- Coarse salt to taste
Preparation:
- In a large pot, bring plenty of salted water to a boil and cook the Tagliatelle al Tartufo following the instructions on the package, draining them al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, in a separate pan, melt the Truffle Butter over very low heat.
- pour the drained pasta directly into the pan with the melted butter
- Remove from the heat and add the Royal Truffle Sauce and grated Parmesan. Stir gently and, if necessary, add a little cooking water to create the perfect creaminess.
Serve immediately, savoring every flavor that nature gives us.
Advice:
- If you have fresh truffle, grate it on the smoked tagliatelle and you will taste how good it is.
- If you use white truffle, do not cook it in a pan: place it directly on the tagliatelle after serving.
- To enhance the flavour and aroma of the truffle, you can heat the plate in which you will serve the tagliatelle.
- Consume the tagliatelle immediately: you cannot store or freeze them because they would lose their flavour and aroma.
- You can store fresh truffles for 4 or 5 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container wrapped in paper towels, remembering to change the paper towels every day.
