🌿 Ingredients

Shortcrust pastry:
Type 0 soft wheat flour, margarine, vegetable fats (palm and sunflower oil) , water, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, soy lecithin) , cooking salt, flavouring, acidifier (citric acid) , colouring (beta-carotene) .

Other ingredients:
fresh eggs, sugar, vanilla icing sugar.

Jam fillings:

• Blackberry Jam:
  glucose-fructose syrup, blueberries, sugar, thickeners (pectin, sodium alginate) , acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate, calcium citrate) , preservative (potassium sorbate) , flavourings, fresh fruit, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin) , table salt.

• Apricot jam:
  apricot puree (50%), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, thickeners (pectin, sodium alginate) , acidity regulator (citric acid) , preservatives (potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide) , flavourings.
