Shortcrust pastry:
type 0 soft wheat flour, margarine, vegetable fats (palm and sunflower oil) , water, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin) , cooking salt, flavouring, acidifier (citric acid) , colouring (beta-carotene) .

Other ingredients:
fresh eggs, sugar, vanilla icing sugar, Alchermes liqueur.

Baking powder:
disodium diphosphate (E450i) , sodium hydrogen carbonate (E500ii) , wheat starch, table salt.

Chocolate filling:
sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (palm oil and sunflower oil) , hazelnuts (4%), skimmed milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier (soy lecithin) , flavourings.
