Shortcrust pastry:
soft wheat flour type 0, margarine, vegetable fats (palm and sunflower oil), water, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin), table salt, flavor, acidifier (citric acid), coloring (beta-carotene).

Other ingredients:
fresh eggs, sugar, vanilla icing sugar, alchermes liqueur.

Baking powder:
disodium diphosphate (E450i), sodium bicarbonate (E500ii), wheat starch, table salt.

Chocolate filling:
sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (palm and sunflower oil), hazelnuts (4%), skimmed milk powder, low-fat cocoa powder, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavorings.
